Although we serve a global audience, we are mindful of where we are located. Our founder, Link Duarte, has lived in Northern Arizona for over 20 years and there has always been a shortage of LGBTQ+ support. Northern #Arizona is one of the most #antiLGBTQ+ places to live in the United States. #Oppression is not overt; rather very civilized and sweet the demise that #dinnerservice type promises get made but go undelivered. It appears innocently enough until they hold large #stakeholder events in anti-LGBTQ+ churches or in quiet government silos rather than public places where everyone's voices have a place at the table. Navigating Resources
To help you navigate our resources page, we have created curated lists, based on our holistic model, to help you prioritize what resources you may need first, second, and so on. We realize that our lists are not expansive; however the lists we create will help you get started, at the very least. Our Model:
We believe that if we can LGBTQ+ people with our holistic model, when LGBTQ+ suffer the greatest gaps and disparities when compared to other underrepresented groups, then we can apply our model to anyone on the planet to connect them to resources.
First and foremost, we prioritize the safety, health and wellness of the LGBTQ+ Community, so we continue to add to our general resource list as often as possible.
