For over 20 years, as a true outlier, we have been recruiting and advocating for unsung and invisible heroes;

People, communities, organizations, and enterprises that if given a chance, they could have a greater positive impact in the world.

How we Serve

Topics we care about

It’s safe to say that at Linking Dreams, we care about a lot! In the advocacy and community space, we thrive on seeing people overcome adversity and gaining access to the resources they need to thrive. Here are some of the specific topics we are particularly passionate about:

• Helping humans thrive by creating solutions for housing, food, health and economic insecurity so that every person has access to the resources they need to thrive

• Guiding and creating legacy programs that serve underrepresented populations and helping their efforts generate a greater impact

• Connecting Identity Outliers to resources and life solutions by arming the people who serve these underrepresented populations with the tools they need to serve every person holistically, regardless of who they are

• Teaching people, communities, organizations, and enterprises how to leverage Artificial Intelligence and technology as a force of good, to lead ethically, and put humans at the center of everything they do

Experience and Expertise

Linking Dreams Founder, Link Duarte, has more than 20 years’ experience working directly with large-scale systems, organizations and enterprises, to help them meet the needs of the people they employ and serve.  With backgrounds in law, policy, public health, business, and technology, he has created more than 500 programs and unique services among the countless organizations he has worked with.  Today, Linking Dreams has a robust network of experts to help collaborate on systems that work for the people.

Here is a short list of the types of projects accomplished by Linking Dreams in the Advocacy and Community spaces:

• Systems and Ecosystem Design (from local to global)- Mapping gaps and disparities and designing systems that bring multiple entities together to create solutions. (i.e. coalitions, councils, task forces, committees, and groups).

• Advising and consultation to address challenges when working with invisible populations (i.e. LGBTQ+, transgender identity, people with disabilities, international, and neurodivergent).

• Training in cultural competency to 1500+ audiences relevant to the populations served (i.e. rural, poverty, LGBTQ+ identity, mental health). Our training is never boring and we don’t use “shove it down your throat” tactics. We create a welcoming environment for all types of learners.

• Established several large-scale programs and organizations that have raised millions for efforts to support disadvantaged people and continue to serve countless people everyday

A Vision Over 10 Years in the Making

For more than a decade, we’ve been designing what we call “one-stop-shop hubs” for people and communities.  Systems powered by technology, but built for people first.  Today we are building our latest vision; A human-centered ecosystem that empowers humanity to thrive in community, economy and in life.

What We’ve Learned on the Ground

We knew from the beginning that this vision couldn’t be built with technology or from behind a screen alone.  A vision like this has to put human connection first and technology second.  So, we took our dreams to the open road.  Since May 2024, we have traveled across 33 states, connecting with over 1,000 communities.

We explored, listened and learned and what we heard from people was consistent:

• People are struggling to keep up with rising costs
• Worklife balance is not realistic, work feels unstable and a good career is harder to find
• Technology is moving fast, but is leaving people behind
• Trust is breaking down between people, systems, and institutions
• Many feel like they are being replaced instead of supported

At the same time, people are tired of just surviving, feeling disconnected and they have had enough with systems that aren’t working.  People yearn for a life they dream of and they are tired of waiting.

Taking Action to Ignite Synergy

Linking Dreams is building a large connected ecosystem of people, communities, organizations and enterprises that are all connected by one simple idea:

We already have a growing database of trusted resources, partners and opportunities; not just in the United States, but across the globe.  Now, we will leverage our network to build the technical components and create a platform that provides:
